Over the past 3 decades, he has devoted himself entirely to Italian cuisine and its typical regional specialities with great success. From the northern provinces to the southernmost tip of the Italian islands, few regional dishes have gone unmentioned to inspire his cooking career and put the most delicious dishes on the menu.
Marc's previous restaurant 'Da Mauro' was mainly focused on Italian cuisine, at Nodi this is uniquely combined with his love for Californian cuisine.
